IRIS is a personal assistant used only by its developer. It is not available to anyone else.
When the developer connects their Google account, IRIS can access their Gmail messages, Google Calendar events and Google Drive files, within the permissions they grant.
This data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the developer: summarising and drafting email, managing calendar events and finding documents. IRIS does not use it for advertising and does not sell it.
Sign-in tokens and data are stored locally on the developer's own computer. To answer the developer's requests, relevant content may be sent to the AI services IRIS uses to process it. It is not shared with anyone else.
IRIS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and the locally stored data can be deleted from the computer.
